Agreement to Terms
Welcome to GoldenRidge Madera Fencing. By using our services or contacting us for a quote, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We're here to provide quality fencing work for Madera, CA and surrounding areas, and these terms help us do that fairly for everyone.
Our Services
We provide fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. This includes wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing. Each project is unique, and we'll work with you to determine the best solution for your property.
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if we discover unexpected conditions during the project, like hidden utility lines or difficult soil conditions. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If you have questions about payment options, just ask when we provide your quote.
Scheduling and Delays
We do our best to stick to the schedule we agree on. However, weather conditions, material availability, or unexpected site conditions may cause delays. We'll keep you informed if anything affects your project timeline. Similarly, if you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice when possible.
Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area and that any necessary permits are obtained. We can help guide you on permit requirements for Madera, CA, but ultimately it's your responsibility as the property owner. You'll also need to mark any underground utilities or irrigation systems before we begin digging.
Please remove any obstacles from the work area, including outdoor furniture, plants, or decorations. We'll do our best to protect your property, but we can't be responsible for items left in the work zone.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. All labor is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be explained in your service agreement. If you notice any issues with our workmanship, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Limitation of Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for our work. However, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, or for issues arising from conditions we couldn't reasonably have known about.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit part or all of the deposit, depending on materials already purchased or scheduling commitments made.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms. For projects already under contract, the terms in your signed agreement will apply.
